The Great MN Get Together! The MN State Fair!

We had a great day at the MN State Fair today. It was C's second trip and A's first and they both did great! We ate a pile of 'horrible for you' food, went down the big slide, pet some baby animals and walked what felt like miles and miles in the 95 degree heat!

Happy Spring!

Spring is here! Here's an update of the girls... Ariana (now 6 months! Happy 1/2 birthday baby girl!) has 2 teeth and doesn't like sleeping through the night anymore because of them! Other than that she's a happy, smiley beautiful little girl who enjoys eating her newest adventure - real food... like squishy carrots, sweet potatoes, bananas n' peaches.

And Cora...sweet, sassy little miss Cora loves her newest toy - a Harley Motorcycle. She can often be found riding it around and around and in circles in the cul de sac, usually with neighbor boy Griffin on his new little 4-wheeler. As you can tell by the look on her face, she's enjoying it.

She's in the "why" and "where's [whatever] come from"? phase. So, we spend much of our time helping her understand the world, and what we don't understand, we make up. She's enjoying daycare except for a few random incidents, like when she learned it's not nice to bite our friends. "Mommy, it's not nice to bite, or hit, or kick our friends". *sigh* No, no it's not Cora!

Anyway, we're excited for spring and loving the opportunity to be outside. Warm weather is our friend!
